I am not sure I follow your words exactly but it seems you are wondering how, as seen here, the Dinosaurs can attire themselves so.

Is it possible that the Oviraptors would be involved ? I saw an Oviraptor in the cover of the novel along with dinosaurs.

well, all sorts, though mostly the ones that are to be found in the cretaceous era. The novel itself focuses on a specific group of Dinos found in the story's first act.

A lot more species should appear in the subsequent books ( if made ) and the planned film which I hear is a potential trilogy now..
